Faculty and staff from Saint Paul College attended a Quality Matters workshop to learn about applying best practices to online/hybrid course design. Guest facilitator Rita Rahoi-Gilchrest, Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Winona State University, led the full-day session. Attendees practiced applying the QM rubric to a sample course, and came away with a better understanding of planning, organizing, and building a course.
